Job Description
The Washington Football Team is currently seeking a CRM Analyst, Business Intelligence to join the Washington family. This person will be a member of the Business Intelligence department at the Washington Football team. They will be responsible for bringing our Marketing, Sales and Service processes and strategies to life on our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and analytically minded. They should have experience building and implementing a stable CRM environment, driving cross-functional adoption of CRM tools and strategies, and building dashboards to report on success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee day-to-day Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration including user support and training.
Manage our CRM capabilities roadmap and participate in our on-prem to cloud migration.
Configure and maintain CRM integrations, including KORE Software, Eloqua, Tableau, and other systems.
Create reports weekly/monthly/quarterly and dashboard views as needed to empower data-driven decision-making.
Use best practices to manage CRM, keeping portal and data clean, and customizing views, properties, workflows, etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues like software bugs, data issues, and system configuration issues.
Monitor and support the collection and management of all customer-related data employing data governance methodologies to ensure cleanliness of fan database and its appropriate use.
Extract, cleanse, and format customer audiences for marketing purposes.
Contribute to the development and assessment of customer journeys and fan initiatives.
Mentor and train other technical team members.
