The Waste Water Market Manager will focus on developing market strategies, fostering industry relationships, and ensuring products and services align with customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in protective coatings for water and wastewater applications and a deep understanding of industry trends, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including engineers, municipalities, and contractors.
• Provide technical expertise on coatings, corrosion protection, and surface preparation for water storage and wastewater applications.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry changes, regulatory requirements, and competitive developments.
• Collaborate with product development, technical service, and marketing teams to ensure product offerings meet industry standards and customer needs.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technical conferences to enhance visibility and credibility.
• Provide training and support to internal teams and external partners on product applications and industry best practices.
• Monitor key market performance indicators, such as industry demand, project developments, and regulatory changes.
• Develop and execute strategic market initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in the water and wastewater sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of protective coatings, corrosion control, and surface preparation for water storage applications.
