Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee all aspects of water mitigation projects, from initial assessment to completion, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services.
Team Leadership: Manage and train field technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
Customer Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all needs are met and concerns addressed.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all work follows IICRC standards and proper safety protocols. Complete necessary paperwork, job notes, and documentation for insurance claims, under DASH, MICA, and other industry softwares.
Equipment & Resource Management: Maintain and manage water mitigation equipment, ensuring it's properly maintained and available for use.
Quality Control: Conduct site inspections and ensure high-quality work, following up on any issues that arise during or after the project.
Budgeting & Job Costing: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and manage resources efficiently to ensure profitability on each project.
Emergency Response: Be available for emergency response services as needed, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Collaboration: Work closely with the office team, insurance adjusters, and other key partners to ensure smooth operations and successful project completion.
Reporting to the General Manager.
Job Qualifications:
Proven experience in water mitigation/restoration or related field.
IICRC certification (WRT, ASD) or ability to obtain certifications.
Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on teamwork and accountability.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, emergency response environment.
Knowledge of insurance claims processes
Demonstrates integrity and honesty at all times.
Able to use CRM software (DASH) for job records.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Experience / Physical Requirements: • IICRC Certifications preferred • 5 Years Experience as Mitigation Supervisor or Mitigation/Remediation Field Supervisor • Basic general construction experience desired • Ability to perform each task wearing all required PPE equipment.
