This position involves providing residential and commercial fire/smoke, mold, and specialty mitigation services, including light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, vandalism clean-up, trauma, fire, and smoke damage mitigation, as well as content pack-outs and pack-back, and content cleaning.
Responsibilities: Work as part of a team serving residential and commercial properties affected by disasters.

Key Responsibilities:
Load vehicles with necessary equipment and tools.
Prepare job sites for demolition and restoration activities.
Set up equipment for efficient drying processes.
Maintain communication with management and team members for efficient workflow.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of equipment and vehicles.
Complete restoration projects promptly and to high standards.
Maintain documentation and ensure excellent customer communication.
Skills & Experience:
Ability to work in confined spaces or at height.
Comfort working with cleaning agents.
Capability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance.
Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT/ IICRC) is highly desirable but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $17-$21 per hour, plus commissions on specific job performance and after-hours bonuses. Negotiable based on experience.
