As a Water Technician, you will often work independently and will be part of a team to restore properties after water damage has occurred. This position requires someone who enjoys the art of problem-solving as each water loss is very different from the next. Being able to access the damage and create the best action plan that allows for efficient drying as well as allowing us to save as much of the customers' property as possible is key to success in this role. We provide onsite and in-class PAID training that will you give you opportunities to be IICRC certified. We recognize extraordinary applicants and encourage fast growth from within.
Applicants must have the ability to lift 35 pounds. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must.
Your work day begins at 7:30 AM and ends between 4 pm and 5:30 pm on most days. As a water technician, you are placed on the on-call schedule where you would respond to after-hours losses one weekday night a week and one weekend every 4 - 5 weeks. This position provides lots of opportunities for overtime work and extra pay. We offer competitive pay based upon experience with the potential for a monthly bonus. Criminal background check is required as well as a valid driver's license free from OWI's.

Compensation: $18-$20 per hour based on experience. If a technician is interested in excelling and learning the art of drying a property, Paul Davis will invest in IICRC education and hands-on learning for the technician to help them attain lead technician status.
Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO), medical, dental, life insurance, simple IRA, and short-term disability are available to Paul Davis employees. Some benefits are jointly paid and some are group terms that are employee paid. All benefits are given per the handbook's explanation. PTO and vacation days are annual.
