    What we’re looking for:

    The Water Resources Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing various water resources projects, including watershed management, flood control, stormwater management, and environmental conservation. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, as well as maintaining and growing relationships with clients to supplement the company’s business development activities.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Strong technical skills and knowledge of the industry

    • Project management of State and Local Government projects

    • Proven leadership and effective communication

    • Problem-solving ability

    • A work hard, play hard, innovative attitude

    • A desire to grow with the company

    • Strong knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, and stormwater management

    • A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (or related field) with Professional Engineer licensure (PE) in Minnesota

    • Knowledge of CADD software, preferably MicroStation

    • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

    • Experience supervising staff
