Roto-Rooter has an amazing opportunity for a Restoration Consultant! Operating in Wyoming, MI and surrounding areas, we are looking for an experienced sales individual to lead our thriving Water Restoration division.

NO cold calling or canvassing! Work 100% within our existing client base and have the opportunity to build a 100k+ career with a national leader in a recession-proof business!

YOUR Responsibilities will include:

Promote our value-added commercial and residential services to our customers

Frontline and first responder for our company

Inspect site and present solutions to the customer

Completing initial documentation

Be the point of contact for the customer throughout the project

Ensure project is completed in established time frame and to the customer's satisfaction

Fulfill sales quota

Provide excellent customer service

Who do we want on our team?

Sales experience preferably in the service, insurance, hospitality, or construction products industry

IICRC Certification a plus

Strong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customers

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Clean driving record and can pass background check
