Our Water Restoration Supervisors and Project Managers are responsible for managing crews removing water and providing dry out after a water event in a residential home or business. By providing quality, consistent, efficient work, our Supervisors and PM's represents the absolute best in the cleanup and restoration industry. Primary Responsibilities:
Meet with and communicate initially and throughout a project with all pertinent stakeholders.
Manage and supervise technicians who are performing dry out activities in residential and commercial building structures.
Demonstrate and train other team members to proper industry work standards and expectations.
Oversee job files for proper documentation
Ensure work vehicles are properly loaded with equipment, cleaning products, and supplies needed for each project.
Help maintain clean and organized work vehicles and clean equipment appearance.
Assist to prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
Adhere to company and OSHA safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
Communicate with upper management and other teammates to maintain efficient work processes.
Oversee proper end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance
Bi-Lingual would be a BIG plus!
Position Requirements:
At least 3 years of current or previous supervisory experience in residential or commercial water restoration.
WRT & ASD IICRC Certifications.
Effective understanding of basic English oral and written communication
Basic math and computer skills
High school diploma/GED
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., under cabinets, attics)
Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
Ability to work in cold or hot conditions
Ability to travel during the day locally to various jobsites

Pay Rate: Starts at $19.50 - $22.00/hour based on experience, with possibility of overtime pay, and increases based on merit and obtaining company paid for industry cleaning certifications.
Hours: Full time Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm (occasional after-hours on call rotation)
