    Ensure the safe and reliable treatment and delivery of water to customers Emphasize compliance with government regulations and the development of management strategies Take charge of leading a team, planning system enhancements, and addressing customer queries - The ideal candidate possesses in-depth knowledge of operations and maintenance, strategic planning abilities, and excellent communication skills - Exciting opportunity for career advancement within a respected utility company - Competitive salary range: $92,000 - $160,000 annually Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of the water system, including maintenance, repairs, and customer satisfaction • Monitor and enforce compliance with all regulatory standards including safety, health, and environment • Develop and maintain efficient and cost-effective procedures and policies for water system operations • Manage the water system's budget to ensure that funds are appropriately allocated and utilized • Conduct regular water system inspections and suggest improvement plans for the areas of need Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, environmental health, civil engineering, or related field of study and/or ADEM Grade 4 water certification • Experience in a similar role, managing a water system • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize • Customer Service Experience • Construction and project management experience • US Work Authorization • Demonstrated experience leading a team and managing personnel • Knowledgeable of relevant local, state, and federal regulations related to water systems • These job qualifications are strictly adhered to Compensation: $92,000 - $160,000 yearly
