    Job Summary

    A motivated civil engineer with 7+ years’ experience and a strong interest in the water industry and the environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for environmental sustainability and be adept at managing multiple projects efficiently. The role involves the planning, design, and oversight of water and wastewater projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client needs.

    General Accountabilities

    Ability to recognize client’s problems or wants and translate to the client needs

    Responsible for evaluation, design, and construction administration of water and wastewater systems including:

    Water transmission and distribution systems

    Water Treatment systems

    Water and Wastewater pump systems

    Wastewater collection and conveying systems

    Wastewater Treatment systems

    Directing and managing a team of design engineers on water/wastewater projects

    Collaborate with internal and external relationships to contribute to successful completion of assigned projects.

    Oversee and quality check work of others.

    Develop work plans, manage project budgets, and apply strong project management practices.

    Developing and managing project schedule to meet TST and client expectations.

    Attend meetings and communicate with clients, government entities and various regulatory agencies to fulfill any regulations and requirements relating to projects.

    Job Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or one of its specialties.

    Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Colorado or ability to obtain State of Colorado license within 6 months.

    7+ years of civil engineering experience.

    Strong data analysis and report writing skills.

    Experience in preparing budgets, proposals, and control job costs

    · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and the public.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and water modeling software.
