1. As a member of our team, you'll be at the heart of the action, instructing campers in a wide range of exciting watersports, including Waterskiing, Wakeboarding, Kneeboarding, Tubing, Kayaking & Canoeing, Stand-up Paddle Boarding, Sailing, and Swim Instruction. There's no better way to spend your summer days than on the Stockbridge Bowl.

2. We're seeking individuals with a passion for working with campers and staff of varying skill levels. If you have experience or a strong desire to teach in any of our waterfront activities, we want you on board. Being a strong swimmer is a must, and previous lifeguard experience is a big plus.

3. Your job will be to create engaging, age-specific programs for our waterfront activities, take care of equipment, and, most importantly, ensure the safety and well-being of our campers.

4. Skills to Boost Your Resume: We provide all our waterfront staff with Red Cross certification, a Boating License, and First Aid & CPR training. This role is a gateway to future opportunities in the outdoor adventure industry.

In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a travel stipend, room and board, and laundry service. Internship credit is also available.

Camp Mah-Kee-Nac is a traditional, seven-week overnight all-boys camp located in the Berkshire Mountains of Lenox, Massachusetts. We offer high-quality programming in athletics, adventure, waterfront, and creative & media arts.
