Position: Waterjet Operator

Location: 150 Industrial Rd Santa Teresa, NM 88008 ****

****Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour (Depending on Experience) with 90 Day Evaluation & Pay Rate Change

****Department: Manufacturing/Production Operation

Requirements:

• Ability to safely lift 50-75 pounds
• Must be able to read a tape measure down to 1/8”
• Ability to physically stand for 8 hours per day.
• Ability to complete simple computer task.
• Ability to communicate in English
• Background Check/Drug Screen

Summary

Glaz-Tech is looking for an experienced glass fabricator at our Santa Teresa, NM location ** .** We are looking for a responsible, adaptable and self-driven individual looking to grow in the manufacturing industry. The job functions include fabricating, handling, and assembling glass panes that will be produced into dual pane windows, shower doors, table tops, mirrors, etc. The glass fabricator will use a variety of tools, machinery, and protective gear to ensure product is produced safely and to the highest quality.

Responsibilities may include:

• Learning and using a custom CNC and production program to cut glass to required sizes.
• Reading production tags to correctly assemble dual pane windows.
• Organizing window panes onto transportation or storage racks.
• Loading completed product onto glass trucks for delivery.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the US
