    As a rapidly expanding construction-related company, we are actively growing our presence in Palm Beach, Broward, Martin, and Dade County. Our focus on the residential marketplace has us eager to expand and add new crews to our team.

    We are seeking qualified installers with their own transportation who are ready to start work immediately. This is an hourly position with the potential for increased pay and opportunities based on demonstrated competence. The starting salary is $18, with the possibility of higher income for those with existing training and experience.

    Position Responsibilities:

    Loads the trailers with all materials, accessories, and tools before leaving the company, ensuring everything is needed.

    Performs high-quality installations, moving job progress to an on-time completion.

    Follow directions on system and product applications.

    Get familiar with all the waterproofing phases, product application data sheets, and safety tool management.

    In all circumstances, follow the OSHA regulations and safety procedures.

    Be able to climb leader and work with height.

    Count, organize, and report any material delivery received to the office.

    Leave the job sites clean and proactively take measures to leave them in better condition than found.

    Safely, correctly, and efficiently unload and clean the trailers upon return to the company.

    Takes excellent care of the company’s products, tools, and equipment.

    Position Requirements:

    1+ years of experience in the construction trades OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.

    Knowledge of construction or related trades preferred.

    Ability and skill in operating equipment and power tools preferred.

    Ability to operate a phone/apps/emails.

    Ability to detect/recognize information in written materials or on a screen up to 75% of the time.

    Able to lift or move up to 50 lb. occasionally and/or up to 20 lb. of force constantly to move objects.

    Can stay upright/stand up to 100% of the time.

    A valid driver’s license (and/or CDL).

    Ability to understand English.

    Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
