    We are a growing business and are excited about this new position! We are looking for someone to manage/oversee our existing Studio in Stillwater and help open a new Studio in Hudson!     Summary

    The District Manager is responsible for all day-to-day operations, business management, leading a team, and delivering the ultimate client experience at two Studio locations. The District Manager will also work closely with leadership to help oversee human resource management, public relations/marketing, customer service/relationship management, and fiscal accountability. This position requires accessibility including first point of contact 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.

    Responsibilities

    Client acquisition, experience, and retention

    Develop and facilitate strategic initiatives to promote sales growth and profitability

    Promote consistency through education and guidance on in-studio operations

    Inventory Management

    Communicate brand and studio information and initiatives with regular team meetings

    Resolve internal and external studio issues

    Local Marketing, Community Engagement, Local Studio Social Media, and Public Relations

    Staff recruitment, hiring, training, management, development and retention

    Studio Upkeep

    Coaching a Team and promoting a mindset and culture of growth

    P&L Management

    Execution of System Wide Promotions and Club Orange Loyalty Program Growth and Retention

    Successful DMs will leverage their industry and business experience to assess current performance, identify areas of opportunity, outline solutions based upon best practices, develop action plans and accountability processes to drive optimal follow through. You will be responsible to create team member engagement and foster a culture of internal growth and development at the studio level, while building strong partnerships with support associates and the leadership team.

    Qualifications

    Required

    Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a multi-unit retail, service, or franchise environment

    Excellent leadership, interpersonal, influence, and inspirational skills·

    Comfortable dealing with uncertainty and ability to create structure and prioritize work

    Must be flexible and have excellent problem-solving, time management, organizational and administrative skills·

    Ability to learn quickly and easily adapt

    Capacity to remain calm when challenged, and uphold professionalism in working through conflict·

    Comfortable creating, communicating, and executing action plans

    Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to think creatively, and to be a driven and self-motivated contributor·

    Must complete other tasks and projects as assigned by leadership·

    Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel·

    Preferred

    2 years business and staff management

    2 years beauty industry/salon experience

    Multi-unit experience

    A bachelor’s degree in business, service, finance, or related

    Cosmetology or Esthetics license
