Mobile Clinic Regional Outreach Coordinator

We Care Daily Clinic (WCDC) is a warm, welcoming, and modern facility that provides treatment for addiction in a person-centered environment. WCDC seeks to renew hope and purpose for those battling opioid use by removing barriers, providing a holistic approach to recovery, and utilizing evidence-based treatment to restore healthy living. Our top priority is to provide the highest levels of patient-centered care to those we serve.
WCDC is a Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) facility using FDA approved medication paired with behavioral health counseling. Our treatment plans are built around patients in a supportive, safe environment to create a personalized pathway to recovery. In addition to recovery, we also offer planned patient transportation and family and social supports.
The Mobile Clinic Regional Outreach Coordinator will support the mission of the mobile clinics by engaging in patient outreach in the community, ensuring provision of resources, consistency of outreach driven services and increased census. The Mobile Clinic Regional Outreach Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that current and future patients of the mobile clinics have increased accessibility to services both on the mobile units and the brick-and-mortar clinic, communicating to Admissions Manager opportunities and successes of outreach efforts.
This position is for an energetic professional who is willing to take on multiple tasks and has experience in handling a wide range of outreach and clinical support related tasks and can work independently with minimal supervision. This position requires a well-organized and flexible person who enjoys the complex challenges of supporting a diverse population in the community.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum three (3) years of outreach experience required
• Basic knowledge of computers and programs to include MS Office and basic CRMs.
• Experience working in both a clinical and outreach setting
• Proven community resource knowledge in King and Pierce counties
• Knowledge of MAT procedures and release protocols in local jails
• Extensive experience with crisis management and de-escalation
• Experience and ease in working with a diverse and challenging community
• Experience with effective case notation and clinical writing
• Able to work effectively both individually or in a team setting
Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
ADDITIONAL:
Ability to manage your time efficiently.
Availability to work nights and weekends as required.
Work well when supervisors are not present.
Candidates shall be subject to all applicable regulations; alcohol testing and employment will be contingent on the results of said testing.
Must pass a criminal background check, a drug screen and meet all health and immunization requirements required by federal, state or Tribal laws and regulations.
Must successfully pass a reference check with previous employers.
Ability to sit or drive for a minimum of an eight-hour workday
Ability to lift 10-50 lbs.
Ability to carry 10- 50 lbs.
Ability to work outside for extended periods of time
