    Job Description

    WeLink is looking for a Customer Care Representative to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Our Customer Care Representative will focus on the needs of customers by managing accounts, addressing billing questions, and providing helpful information. Candidate's should be organized and capable of multitasking.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Manage customer accounts.
    • Assist with escalated customer concerns and issues.
    • Communicate with customers via phone calls, text messages, and emails.
    • Update internal ticketing system.
    • Provide world-class customer service.

    Experience/Qualifications

    • 1+ year of previous experience in Customer Care or Customer Service.
    • Previous experience working in an office environment.
    • 1+ year managing customer accounts via phone calls, emails, text messages and internal ticketing systems.
    • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is highly preferred
    • Knowledge of billing cycles and methods.
    • Great communication skills.
    • Desire to help customers and go the extra mile to solve their problems and make them happy.
    • Ability to learn quickly.
    • Creative problem solving.

    This position is considered hybrid and will require the employee to work in office 2 days a week at our Lehi, UT Headquarters. Must be able to work an 8-5pm or 9-6pm schedule.
