We use the latest millimeter wave technology (including our own custom radios) and a proprietary and patent-pending approach to network deployment that allows us to deploy fiber-like networks faster and more cost-effectively than anyone else.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The WeLink IT organization is a small, but very rapidly growing team of nerds, inventors, data champions, and makers that aren't afraid to tackle hard problems. The IT and Business Application teams are responsible for the systems and applications that power our growth and stability engines. 

JOB SUMMARY

As a Salesforce Developer at WeLink you will maintain and analyze strategic processes and their impact. You will be an essential part of the growth of the business by custom components and integrations. If you are passionate about building a business, and you value efficiency and creative problem-solving in an open environment, then this is the right role for you.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Participate in building the WeLink Business Applications Department
• Help maintain and improve development and deployment processes
• Participate in code reviews
• Develop on the Force.com platform using APEX, Lightning Web Components
• Participate in the planning, management and execution of systems projects
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems
• Create patterns and contribute to the standard patterns repo
• Own development efforts in line with Field Service and the Salesforce platform
• Engage with peers and stakeholders to identify technical debt in your area of responsibility and recommend and prioritize long term solutions

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Proven success as a Salesforce Developer with 4+ years experience
• Strong background in CRM technologies
• Experience with API Integrations
• Experience with Lightning Web Components
• Passion for delivering valuable, meaningful and data-driven solutions
• Proficient ability to understand and use code versioning tools such as Gitlab
• Ability to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities in a high-growth environment
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills

WHAT WE HOPE YOU HAVE:

• Salesforce Platform Developer 1
• Prefers Salesforce Platform Developer 2 
• Experience using Salesforce DX and with Salesforce Field Service
