    Background: For 13+ years Mike was instrumental in the growth of Farmers Insurance across the Northeast, including NJ, PA, NY, CT, and New England, and became the youngest promoted Farmers Director in the country at age 34.

    Passionate About: Mike is a dedicated “girl dad” to his three daughters. He’s also a devoted sports fan, cheering for the Jets, Mets, and Rutgers. Mike is a Rutgers Hall of Fame member, Big East Track Champion (2005), Fork Union Military Graduate (#1 HS for NFL players), and HS All-American in Track. He enjoys cooking and exploring new food adventures with his family.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Wealth Advisor/Agent** with New York Life, you will engage with clients to assess their financial protection and planning needs, offering personalized solutions to help them achieve long-term security. You will design and implement customized strategies to safeguard clients’ assets and income, regularly reviewing and updating plans to align with their evolving goals. Additionally, you will cultivate a strong client network through referrals and active involvement in the community, positioning yourself as a trusted financial resource.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred but not required.

    Experience in insurance, financial services, or business development is advantageous.

    Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

    Ability to obtain necessary insurance and financial licenses.

    Competitive, driven, and takes full ownership of results.

    Coachable, communicative, self-disciplined, and authentic.

    Welcoming candidates from business development backgrounds, such as Medical Device, Education, Logistics, Solar, Payroll Services, Tech, Real Estate, and Auto Rental.
