Utilizing best-in-class resources and technology, you will roll up your sleeves and work in collaboration with the entire team, including the firm’s Founder. As a key part of the team, you will help tackle complex financial, tax, estate, and insurance planning situations and deliver an experience to clients that is second to none.

    We are a holistic wealth management and financial planning firm based out of Tustin, CA. We assist affluent individuals, families and privately-owned businesses with their retirement and investment goals and dreams. Our services include full financial planning, investment management, insurance and annuities planning, tax strategy, retirement income planning, and protection planning strategies.     As a Wealth Advisor, you can expect to:

    • Work alongside the lead advisor to adopt the firm’s philosophies, strategies, values, and standards for your own clients, as well as existing clients that are assigned to you and incoming referrals
    • Collaborate with the team to master the processes and systems that underlie the firm’s value proposition
    • Ensure a consistent experience for all clients of the firm by producing client deliverables in a timely, accurate, and informative manner
    • Lead our annual financial planning & tax strategy meetings with top clients
    • Conduct review and onboarding meetings as needed
    • Ease the advisors’ capacity issues by servicing existing clients and new incoming referrals.
    • Monitor account alerts, generate review meeting materials for client presentation, and assist lead advisor in advanced planning & meeting prep.
    • Develop comprehensive financial plans for new clients
    • Continuously maintain relationships with clients and understand their unique circumstances, connections, talents, interests, etc.
    • Attend client meetings, take notes, create summary letters and file notes, and perform necessary follow-up.
    • Help with implementation of our active investment management models
    • Conduct investment research focused on portfolio optimization
    • Help service other financial products as needed such as annuities or RILAs under a fiduciary framework
    • Stay current on trends within the financial planning and investment arena
    • Serve in support of the Operations team with tasks ranging from money movement (contributions, withdrawals, journals, etc.) to tax loss harvesting.
    • Attend and socialize with clients and prospects during appreciation events or seminars 1-2 nights per month

    Qualifications for this opportunity include:

    • Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in finance, economics, or investments preferred
    • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
    • Series 66 (or 63 and 65) required
    • Series 7 preferred
    • Advanced degree or designation (CFP®, MBA, or AIF) highly desirable
    • Strong computer skills are required: Office365, RightCapital, Redtail, and/or other financial planning or tax planning software.
    • Demonstrated job stability and commitment to career progression
    • Clean compliance record
