    Passionate About: Board member and mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters, commissioner of the Cedar Rapids Veterans Memorial Building, real estate investor, amateur kickboxer, and music festival enthusiast.

    Jessica Boyle-Roberts, Managing Director clf®:

    How long with NM: 15 years with NM.

    Prior Experience: Came from a Cedar Rapids investment firm; joined NM after a friend from church recommended the opportunity, seeking a high-vision, high-growth company.

    Passionate About: Married with three boys, enjoys Peloton (previously taught cycling), and loves traveling to the Lake of the Ozarks.

    Marc Pennington, Financial Advisor:

    How long with NM: Starting his 4th year with NM.

    Prior Experience: Spent 21 years in education—13 years as a teacher and coach, followed by 8 years as a middle school principal.

    Passionate About: Spending time with his wife, three kids, and dogs. Loves to travel, is a huge Hawkeye and Cubs fan, and enjoys working on his small hobby farm.

    Garrett Brander, Wealth Management Advisor CFP®, ChFC®, RICP®, WMCP®:

    How long with NM: Started as an intern in 2011; later became Managing Director for the Iowa City office, where he served for seven years.

    Prior Experience: Gained extensive experience as an advisor and business leader; recognized as New Advisor of the Year in 2014 and 2015.

    Passionate About: Family life with his wife and two young daughters. Enjoys golf, skiing, fishing, home projects, and is involved in community groups like No Foot Too Small and 100+ Men Who Care.

    As a Wealth Consultant you will play a critical role in helping clients secure their financial futures through comprehensive insurance solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

    Client Assessment: Evaluate clients' financial needs and goals to recommend appropriate insurance products.

    Customized Solutions: Develop personalized insurance plans that align with clients' long-term financial strategies.

    Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering continuous support and advice as their needs evolve.

    Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest insurance products and industry trends to provide clients with the best options available.

    Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all recommendations and sales comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest ethical standards.
