    Prior Experience? Served as a nonprofit executive and earned a Master’s in Public Health. Also worked briefly as an adjunct professor at USF.

    Passionate About? Enjoys time with her husband, five daughters, and three dogs. Passionate about staying active with her trainer, hiking on vacations, and traveling. Deeply involved in the community, having led two Girl Scout troops for over a decade.

    T.G. Taylor - Growth and Development Director:

    How long with NM? Joined in 2017.

    Prior Experience? Served as an Army officer for 20 years.

    Passionate About? Enjoys cycling throughout Tampa and Florida. Proud dad who loves cheering for his daughter Charley on the Brandon All-Stars cheer team.

    Savannah Linbach - Financial Advisor:

    How long with NM? Joined in 2021.

    Prior Experience? Originally from Virginia Beach, attended Old Dominion University, and began at NM as a relationship manager with no prior financial services experience.

    Passionate About? Loves sports, beaches, family, nightlife, and reading. Favorite hockey team: the Capitals.

    Zachary McVicker - Financial Representative:

    How long with NM? Joined in 2024.

    Prior Experience? Still active in the Army Reserves, previously a Platoon Leader in the USAR, and worked as a shipping manager for a medical company.

    Passionate About? Focused on healthy eating, wellness, and faith. Enjoys gaming, computers, and his time in the Reserves. Graduate of Florida Christian College. Loves SCUBA diving and snorkeling.

    Aldrich De Jongh: Financial Advisor:

    How long with NM? Joined in January 2024.

    Prior Experience? Played professional baseball in the minor leagues for the LA Dodgers. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Florida Atlantic University.

    Passionate About? Faith-focused and actively involved with Radiant Church in Tampa. Loves giving back to kids’ organizations through sports. Married to Ashley, originally from Curaçao, Netherlands. Big sports fan, especially of the Tampa Bay Rays.

    As a Wealth Consultant you will play a critical role in helping clients secure their financial futures through comprehensive insurance solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

    Client Assessment: Evaluate clients' financial needs and goals to recommend appropriate insurance products.

    Customized Solutions: Develop personalized insurance plans that align with clients' long-term financial strategies.

    Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering continuous support and advice as their needs evolve.

    Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest insurance products and industry trends to provide clients with the best options available.

    Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all recommendations and sales comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest ethical standards.
