Job Description

We are seeking Interns to work and learn at Moneta. As an intern, you will work side-by-side with experienced, entrepreneurial colleagues, and gain exposure to all areas of the firm. You will work daily with team members on professional and client development.

Through our internship, we will provide you with the tools to help develop your knowledge in finance as well as invest in your professional and personal growth by encouraging collaboration, creating best practices, and promoting Moneta culture.

Essential Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects that ensure integrity of client data
• Assist in reception, scheduling, and office management duties as needed
• Conduct financial planning and research
• Prepare written reviews with investment information including asset values and investments returns for client review meetings
• Prepare various documents for client signature
• Gain exposure to various types of financial planning software
• Data management of signed client forms
• Scanning, filing, and shredding of sensitive client documents
• Participate in training activities
• Special projects as required by current needs of team

Qualifications

• Progress toward B.S. Business, Finance, or Accounting degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work in-office, this is an on-site in-person position

Additional Information

• Compensation is $20.00 per hour
• Estimated 30 - 40 hours per week
• This is a non-exempt, in-office position
