We are actively seeking a licensed and experienced leader with insurance and/or financial services producer and team management experience to lead the charge in building and scaling our West Texas presence. We’re seeking a visionary leader who can recruit, develop, and inspire a team of advisors and interns while driving substantial growth in the region. This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role; you’ll actively engage with clients and lead by example with your own production.
To Be Considered You Must Possess the Following:
We are open your experience being in one of the following: real estate, financial services or a direct or adjacent segment of the insurance industry.
An authentic passion for West Texas, with a desire to make a significant impact in Lubbock and Amarillo.
Visionary mindset to recruit and develop 8-10 advisors and college interns annually, with our Texas based Network Office support and guidance.
Ability to develop new offices and kick start the local college internship program.
5+ years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
3+ years of leading teams.
We can discuss licensing requirements in an interview.
