ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
We have an exciting new opportunity on our team for an experienced Keap/Salesforce CRM Administrator who is eager to play a key role in helping us optimize the utilization of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. If you are detail oriented and possess an executive presence exuding confidence as a subject matter expert, you may be a good fit! Successful individuals in this role must be comfortable working under pressure, have a high degree of accuracy, problem solving skills, professional conduct, and follow-through.
THIS POSITION IS FULLY REMOTE and reports directly to the WealthAbility® Technical Project Manager.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Builds, maintains and enhances existing campaigns with the Keap Max Classic software (formerly known as Infusionsoft)
Create processes and manage applications in Keap to effectively accomplish business goals
Design and conduct on-going reviews and evaluations of CRM performance effectiveness and recommend optimization
Act as the bridge between the CRM system and the end users and anticipate assistance needed by identifying problems, needs, options, and solutions before being asked
Provides team training where applicable, and is proficient at system documentation
Research content and/or collaborate with internal team
Protects sensitive and confidential information received and generated
Manages Keap user accounts and permissions
Maintains flexibility with work hours - specifically for conferences and events
Utilizes knowledge of company culture, operations, playbooks / policies, procedures in performing duties with minimal direction/supervision
Performs special or other projects as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Strong administrative and technical skills in Keap Infusionsoft Max Classic software or Salesforce
Experience building custom campaigns and integrations such as PlusThis, Parsey, & DocuSign
Experience building custom ecommerce solutions
Knowledge of techniques that improve sales funnel metrics
Experience implementing and maintaining technical systems and workflows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and autonomously
Work efficiently and effectively in a high-pressure environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Regular and predictable attendance is required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in business or information systems is preferred.
3 - 5 years of CRM software configuration / development experience required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
