Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, full time Operations Manager to manage projects! Looking for someone with the ability to complete projects as assigned with a professional attitude and within specified time frame given.

Looking for a professional candidate to oversee all day-to-day operations of our siding and roofing dept.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Responsible for scheduling of new roofing and siding installations & repairs
• Measure and and create material list to order products for new installation
• Order windows, siding, and roofing materials for new installation
• Review all contracts between customers and company to ensure contracts are processed efficiently and accurately as well as follow up meeting to gather feedback and overall customer satisfaction
• Supervise employees, crews, and sub-contractors in the field to maintain job integrity and quality of work
• Coordinate with other office personnel to schedule, service, collect final payment when job is complete,
• check work order to make sure that it is correct
• Respond to emergency service requests as needed
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, and Saturday when needed
• 40+ hour work week

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction field
• Previous experience in windows, doors, siding, and roofing.
• Strong attention to detail with problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Great attitude and drive to succeed
• Ability to pass background check
• Must be available Monday thru Saturday
