As we grow our footprint and modernize the patient experience, we’re looking for a Web Developer with digital marketing expertise to elevate our online presence, improve patient acquisition, and optimize user journeys from first click to booked appointment.
Role Overview: We’re seeking a tech-savvy, creative, and analytics-driven Web Developer who also understands the fundamentals of digital marketing. In this hybrid role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving our website, enhancing the patient experience online, and leading web-focused marketing initiatives like SEO, conversion rate optimization, and campaign landing pages.
Key Responsibilities:
Web Development
Maintain and update the medical practice website (WordPress, Webflow, or custom CMS)
Build mobile-friendly, fast-loading, HIPAA-compliant pages
Create and optimize landing pages for campaigns and service lines
Implement tools like chat widgets, online booking integrations, and lead capture forms
Troubleshoot site issues and ensure uptime, speed, and functionality
Digital Marketing
Manage and improve SEO (on-page and technical) to increase visibility in local search
Collaborate on PPC and social media campaigns by building and testing landing pages
Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track performance
Help manage and improve the practice's presence across online directories and review platforms
Work closely with the marketing team or leadership to align web strategy with patient growth goals
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or similar
Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and website performance optimization
Basic knowledge of digital marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and UX best practices
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations related to web and marketing practices
A portfolio of past websites or marketing projects (bonus if healthcare-related)
Nice to Have:
Experience with online booking software or healthcare integrations (Zocdoc, Klara, etc.)
Graphic design or content creation skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, video editing)
Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
Understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or local advertising platforms
