    We’re on the hunt for a top-notch Project Manager to join our small but mighty team of dynamic marketing professionals. You’ll report directly to our Director of Operations and be the go-to guru for steering clients’ website design, development, and maintenance from start to finish, making sure they’re done right, on time, and within budget. Your ability to communicate, empathize, and handle conflicts is key for understanding client needs and keeping projects smooth. Plus, your talent for building relationships will help us keep clients happy and coming back. Responsibilities: • Project Planning and Coordination : Create detailed project plans, making sure everyone is aligned on goals, timelines, and who’s responsible for what. • Team Leadership and Management : Lead the team to success, assigning tasks efficiently and keeping the vibe positive and collaborative. • Risk Management and Problem-Solving : Spot potential issues early and come up with solutions to keep everything on track. • Stakeholder Communication : Keep everyone in the loop—whether it's clients or team members—so no one’s left in the dark. • Resource and Budget Management : Make sure the project has what it needs without going over budget, and keep an eye on the financials. • Continuous Improvement : Always look for ways to make the process better, so future projects run even smoother. Qualifications: • Project Management Experience : You’ve successfully managed projects from start to finish, handling timelines, budgets, and teams with ease. • Strong Communication Skills : You know how to keep everyone informed—whether it's through emails, meetings, or quick chats—and can explain complicated stuff in simple terms for all types of people. • Client Experience : You’ve worked with clients directly, built good relationships, and kept them happy. • Familiar with Project Management Tools : You’re comfortable using project management software to stay organized, track tasks, and streamline the process. • Adaptable and Problem-Solving Mindset : When challenges come up, you’re quick to come up with creative solutions and keep things moving forward. • Team Player : You genuinely enjoy collaborating with others, helping out your team, and celebrating wins together. Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
