The Dyrt, the number one ranked camping platform, is seeking a part-time engineering consultant to support ongoing website optimization efforts aimed at improving page speed.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with backend development and strategic implementation
• Experience with Next.js
• Experience with Ruby backend development

Responsibilities

• Improve cache hit ratio performance
• Lead the strategy and implementation of web page speed improvements (LCP, INP, CLS)

Commitment

• Flexible hours, 5 to 10 hours per week as needed
