The candidate will be responsible for website design, content and pricing updates (including Shopify), maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolving software issues. This is a part-time, permanent role, candidates must meet the minimum requirements below.

Website Administrator Job Responsibilities
SEO & Digital Strategy
Conduct keyword research and develop SEO-rich product descriptions and meta tags.
Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance web rankings and click rates.
Perform audits and address technical SEO issues, including site speed optimization.
Generate reports on performance metrics and analytics.
Website & App Management
Oversee website administration, including maintenance, testing, and debugging.
Design and implement responsive landing pages with effective UX/UI design (collaborating with marketing).
Manage front-end coding and graphic design tasks.
Handle integrations between Shopify and various apps:
Klaviyo, Email: Manage connections functionality (marketing handles distribution).
Judge.me, Bloggle, GLO, XO Gallery, Flits, Doofinder, Smart SEO, and Stash: Manage app-Shopify connections and funcationality (other roles handle operational use).
Sprout, Flow, and Easy Scan: Maintain app connections for functionality and communication.
Printful: Oversee Shopify integration (product management handles other functions).
Manage product inventory/bundling and associated app changes (transition in progress).
Product & Vendor Management
Add new vendors and products to the site.
Update material price increases for FFG parts and vendor parts.
Revise product listings and implement changes or updates.
Audit product performance to identify least and most sold items.
Maintain and update collections, costs, and shipping details.
Shipping & Automation
Manage shipping automation and costing updates.
Collaborate with FFG employees to streamline shipping processes.
Content Management (with Media Dept.)
Add and create SEO-friendly products aligned with brand outlines.
Connect content to related products and links
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure SEO alignment in product management.
Manage blog-related integrations and oversee YouTube gallery connections.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze performance across platforms.
Coordinate discounts between marketing platforms.
Monitor tags and their integration with Flow for effective tracking.
Team Collaboration & Task Management
Collaborate with the team to understand their needs and proactively address challenges.
Work closely with sales, marketing and product management to ensure consistent branding and SEO compliance.
Provide outlines and guidance to team members for SEO-focused content.
Skills Required
Proficiency in Shopify app management and website administration.
Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and technical SEO.
Experience with some graphic design, UX/UI design, and front-end development.
Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking.
Knowledge of task management systems (e.g., ClickUp, Outlook).
Eye for aesthetically pleasing and modern design
Hours: 25 remote work and 5 hours in office per week; TOTAL 30 hours per week
