We are hiring at all 8 (soon to be 9) of our locations in Minnesota: Burnsville, Richfield, Minnetonka, Eden Prairie, Maple Grove, St. Cloud, Woodbury, Roseville, and Rochester (planned to open in February 2022).

Wedding Day Diamonds is now hiring PART-TIME and FULL-TIME team members! Schedule:

• 8-hour shift

• Monday to Friday

• Weekend availability

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work full-time, occasionally including evenings and weekends

• High school degree

• 1-3 years office or administrative assistant experience preferred, not required

• Excellent interpersonal skills and positive, upbeat personality

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Microsoft Office experience, particularly with Word and Excel

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Uphold the WDD mission statement & adhere to company policies

• Manage and maintain store inventory

• Organize and order supplies

• Ensure store to store transfers are completed successfully

• Ship to clients and/or vendors when necessary

• Assist in the client’s overall experience
