Position Overview: As the Wedding Sales Coordinator at Foxhall Resort, you will coordinate the pre-planning and day of services for weddings and special events. The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive service expertise in high-end event spaces or premium properties, showcasing a strong motivation to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: • Develop innovative sales strategies aimed at attracting and securing destination weddings at Foxhall Resort in Douglasville, GA. • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, event planners, and industry partners to drive sales growth. • Present compelling site visits and engaging presentations to potential clients interested in hosting weddings at the resort. • Skillfully negotiate contracts and achieve sales targets to maximize revenue generation. • Collaborate closely with the events team to ensure flawless execution of weddings and special events. • Stay abreast of current industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: • Minimum of several years of sales experience specifically focused on destination weddings within premier event venues or luxury resorts. • Possess a robust network within the wedding and events industry. • Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and delivering engaging presentations. • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets. • Must reside within a 30-minute commute of Foxhall Resort as no relocation is provided. • Highly organized with acute attention to detail.
