We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team and drive our destination wedding sales. Position Overview: The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for selling destination weddings at Foxhall Resort. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in sales within premier event venues or luxury resorts. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and secure destination weddings. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and industry partners. • Conduct site visits and presentations to prospective clients. • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue goals. • Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of weddings. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. Qualifications: • Several years of experience in sales, specifically within destination weddings at premier event venues or luxury resorts. • Strong network within the wedding and events industry. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. • Must be located within 30 minutes of Foxhall Resort (no relocation offered). • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
