    Crossed Keys Estate is seeking a part-time wedding coordinator to plan and execute weddings at our luxury venue. The venue coordinator will play a crucial role in collecting wedding day details from clients and other vendors, communicating accurate information to all venue departments in a timely fashion and ultimately executing event day timelines. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to manage communication with multiple clients simultaneously and have strong time management skills.

    Responsibilities include:

    Managing the client experience and communicating with clients regularly via phone call, email or in-person meetings at the venue

    Ensuring that couples provide the venue with necessary wedding day details and documents by provided deadlines prior to event

    Communicate event details to various departments and outside vendors prior to and on wedding days

    Attend (in-person or virtual) weekly interdepartmental meetings to prepare for upcoming weddings

    Orchestrate ceremony and reception details and assist with ceremony rehearsals when applicable

    Assist Bride/Groom or Wedding Party pre-ceremony through reception to ensure they experience first-class customer service

    Create and execute wedding day timelines, communicating with couple, wedding party, vendors and venue's maitre d' or kitchen team so all parties are in sync

    Set up and/or pack up all client personal decor items to be displayed during ceremony or reception

    Qualifications:

    The ideal candidate would have 2-3 years of experience in events. Prior wedding experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual.

    Candidate must be personable, neatly groomed and able to work as a part of a team.

    Must be able to work up to two weekend days per week (including night shift availability)

    Ability to stay ahead of event deadlines with minimal supervision
