THIS POSITION IS DESIGNED TO TRAIN, COACH, AND DEVELOP OUR EMPLOYEES WITH THE INTENT OF ADVANCEMENT AND BETTER OPPORTUNITIES. YOU WILL WORK YOUR WAY THROUGH DIFFERENT ROLES TO GAIN A COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING OF HOW OUR COMPANY OPERATES AND GROWS.

We are currently hiring for a Lawn Care Marketing Representative. There is no experience necessary for this position as we train and invest in our employees. Weed Man strives to create a fun, competitive, and rewarding work environment.

As our Marketing Representative, you will be the first introduction to Weed Man Lawn Care for homeowners! Your duties will consist of canvassing different neighborhoods in our service territories, to offer homeowners a FREE lawn care quote for their lawn.

POSITION DETAILS:

• Door-to-door community outreach
• Responsible for generating leads by offering free, no-obligation lawn care quotes to homeowners (No selling required)
• Performance-based pay
• Canvassing neighborhoods in Service Territories
• Monday-Thursday 3:30pm - 7:30pm and Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have strong written and oral communication skills
• Professional Appearance
