Youth Soccer Instructors Needed for Children Ages 2-5 - various towns across East Texas

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication.

BENEFIT TO YOU:

Starting Pay - $20/hour, (6-10 hours of on-field training at $15 hours and then immediate increase to $20/hour after successfully completing initial training)

After initial training, Part time coaches coach between 4 and 29 sessions per week, depending on work availability

WHAT YOU NEED:

Passion for early education and positively impacting youth

Reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License

High School Diploma

Eligible to work in the U.S., to include passing a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.

Coaching and playing experience is preferred but not required. We will train you!

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Safely manage a class of up to 15 children

Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development

Arrive on-time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families

Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters

Go home knowing you made a difference

OUR HIRING PROCESS:

1. 4-day trial- where you are able to see the program in action by observing and doing some coaching with our coaches. During this time, we will pay you $12 per session once completed for all sessions you are coaching or assisting.

2. 2-week training period. This will be scheduled once we have discussed with you and coaches you were partnered with and both sides want to continue. During this phase you will again be paired with our staff coaches, and asked to assist or coach sessions at various locations during the week. Pay for these will be $15 session if training is completed, or if we decide not to continue with the hiring. During this step, we will also begin your background check process, and hiring paperwork. You will also be asked to complete online training videos to help you see and continue to learn the Soccer Shots Process.

3. When you officially start working with us as an independent coach, your pay per session will be $20.

We are a young company with a lively culture. We encourage our coaches to hang out with each other and organize events for the team to attend. Pickup soccer games, community events, team dinners and end-of-season parties are very common within our organization.
