About the Role:

Join our team as a Weekend DSP from 10am to 10pm and make a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Guardian Residential Services Llc is a leading provider of residential and community-based services for individuals with disabilities, and we are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities

Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care

Implement individualized support plans and behavior intervention strategies

Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times

Document and report on individual progress and any incidents

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
