Looking for an Adventure? Become an Emotional Support/Life Skills Coach and Make a Difference!

Are you ready to combine your love for the outdoors with your passion for helping others? We’re on the hunt for a fun-loving, energetic person to work with a lively 31-year-old man on the Autism Spectrum in Lititz, PA. He’s got a big personality, loves being outside, and needs someone who’s up for the challenge of making every day an adventure!

    What makes this job fun?

This isn’t your typical 9-5 job. You’ll be out exploring the great outdoors, hunting for bugs, spending time in the community at his favorite hangouts, or maybe even going fishing—all while hanging out with a guy who loves music, singing, and making every moment fun. Certain times, you'll be working with a second staff member and other times his down time is less active and more one on one interaction, all while making a huge impact on his life, supporting his independence and helping him reach his goals.

    What we’re looking for?

    • You’ve got a valid driver’s license and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty in the great outdoors.

    • You’re physically ready to keep up with this high-energy young man as you explore the woods, streams, and lakes together.

    • You know how to stay calm and cool in stressful situations and follow behavior plans provided by his specialists and parents.

    Extra points if you:

    • Have experience working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum.

    • Enjoy the outdoors and aren’t squeamish about bugs or wildlife (you’ll be seeing plenty!).

    • Love music or play an instrument (it’s always more fun when you can jam together!).

    Qualifications:

To be the perfect fit, you’ll need one of the following:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, or Gerontology.

    • Certifications like BCaBA, RBT, or NADD.

    Why you’ll love this role:

This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to have fun, make a difference, and be part of someone’s incredible journey. Every day will be different, filled with outdoor adventures, musical moments, and personal growth. If you’re looking for a role that’s both rewarding and exciting, this is the perfect fit for you!

We can’t wait to see how you’ll make an impact! Apply now to join the team and start your next adventure!
