About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Aurora, CO for the Weekend Evenings position. As the leading fitness club in the area, we provide a fun and supportive environment for our members and employees.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in members as they enter the gym

Assist with new member sign-ups and give club tours

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Answer phone calls and assist members with inquiries

Enforce club policies and handle member concerns professionally

Requirements:

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work evenings and weekends

Basic computer and phone skills

High school diploma or equivalent
