Job Overview

Citizen Pilates is seeking qualified students for a Weekend Front Desk Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for a student seeking a flexible work-study position. You'll manage our front desk operations at our Spring Branch location, ensuring our clients have a seamless experience while enjoying the benefits of a free studio membership. This role allows for study time between classes, making it ideal for a student balancing academics and work.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Service: Greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere to fully deliver the Citizen experience.
• Scheduling: Manage class bookings, cancellations, and client inquiries efficiently.
• Membership Sales & Support: Assist in explaining membership options and benefits, and provide support to current clients.
• Administrative Tasks: Check-in clients, update missing profile information, manage retail purchases and maintain the front desk area.
• Studio Maintenance: Ensure the studio is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Study Opportunities: Utilize downtime between classes to focus on personal academic work.

Qualifications

• Charismatic and Personable: Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and Reliable: Demonstrated ability to handle responsibilities independently.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using scheduling software and handling administrative tasks.
• Interest in Wellness: Passion for Pilates or fitness is required.
