JOB DESCRIPTION
Minnesota School of Music is looking for motivated, professional music teachers to join the team at our fast-growing Blaine location. More than just a music school, we are a passionate team of mentors committed to empowering youth through personalized, parent-inclusive music lessons. SCHEDULE
Friday 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., and/or Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Opportunity to add weekday shifts as they become available.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To deliver personalized, one-on-one 30-minute music lessons using a company-approved curriculum
To perform duties following company education and customer service standards
To keep student progress records
To prepare students for and participate in seasonal recitals
To participate in our student achievement program
To participate in company Professional Development System

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be comfortable working with students ages 5-18 and teaching in front of parents.

The company pays 50% of employee FICA tax liability (savings of up to $2,115 per year)

COMMITMENT
We are looking for applicants who are willing to commit to at least one year of employment if offered a position.

No college degree is required.
