    DoubleTree by Hilton Clarksville Riverview is seeking a Weekend Night Auditor to join our dedicated team. As the Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations during overnight shifts. This role combines guest service with accounting duties, ensuring smooth and accurate operations while maintaining a secure environment for our guests. You will also assist with valet services and ensure that front desk procedures align with Hilton Quality Assurance standards. Responsibilities: • Handle check-ins and check-outs, answer customer inquiries, manage bookings, and process payments during the night shift. • Perform end-of-day audits to reconcile hotel accounts, including verifying and balancing cash drawers and credit card transactions. • Prepare and generate reports for management, including revenue reports, occupancy statistics, and other financial summaries. • Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. • Monitor hotel security, ensuring that safety protocols are followed and addressing any issues that arise during the night. • Maintain communication with day shift staff to ensure smooth handovers and address any ongoing issues. • Utilize property management systems to update guest information, manage reservations, and handle billing. • Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department and ensure that urgent matters are addressed promptly. • Assist with valet services as needed, including managing vehicle keys, coordinating with valet staff, and ensuring prompt and efficient handling of guest vehicles. • Maintain front desk procedures that are cohesive with Hilton Quality Assurance standards, ensuring adherence to best practices and consistent service quality. • Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, key control, and guest confidentiality. • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications: • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is required. • Experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar position is a plus. • Proficiency with Windows, Office, and property management systems is highly desirable. • Ability to understand, speak, read, and write basic English. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and professional instructions. • Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle financial transactions accurately. • Must be available to work overnight shifts and weekends as required. • Must be eligible to work in the USA. • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, with prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds. Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds is required. Repetitive hand and wrist motions may also be involved. Compensation: $18 hourly
