    What You'll Do

    • Be the First Line of Support: Take all patient calls and provide timely, expert guidance and care.
    • Deliver Compassionate Hospice Care: Conduct visits, admissions, and assessments during on-call hours to ensure patients receive the best care.
    • Manage Crisis Situations: Respond promptly to patient needs, providing symptom management and emotional support to patients and families.
    • Ensure Seamless Transitions: Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and updates.

    Schedule & Compensation

    • Hours: Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 9:00 AM
    • Salary: $80,000 Full-Time Position

    What You'll Bring

    • Must be a Licensed RN with a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
    • Experience in Hospice or Palliative Care Preferred but not required.
    • Strong Clinical Judgment & Autonomy to handle a variety of patient needs independently.
    • Commitment to Serving Tarrant County as this role covers the Fort Worth area.
