Are you a night owl with a heart for helping others? We're looking for compassionate overnight staff to provide vital care and companionship to a young man with autism and other disabilities in his family home. Whether you’re seeking part-time or full-time work, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact during those quiet hours. Nannying experience is a plus!

Position: Overnight Weekend Awake Staff

What You’ll Do:

Be a nighttime guardian, staying awake and attentive to his needs.

Assist with personal care, including diaper changes and any additional support he may require.

Provide comfort and reassurance with a calming presence, a gentle touch, or simply holding his hand.

Use video monitoring to keep watch, with time to use your phone or computer when he's resting.

Utilize nannying skills, such as creating a nurturing, secure, and supportive environment.

What You Bring:

Minimum age of 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent.

1-3 years of caregiving or nanny experience is required

Experience with supporting children or individuals with special needs is highly valued.

Must pass a criminal background check to ensure safety.

Experience with basic sign language is a plus!

Kindness, empathy, and a nurturing spirit are essential.

Comfortable with a friendly therapy dog in the home.
