WE ARE HIRING NOW: Part-Time Weekend Receptionist/Salon Assistant!

We are looking for an energetic and kid/family-centric receptionist/salon assistant to join our team for Weekend Shifts. This role is designed to be the first impression that customers will engage with at our growing salon!

Primary responsibilities for this role are a friendly, positive approach where you will help schedule appointments, check in customers, assist the stylists in salon workflow and cleaning, and maintain salon best practices during its busiest times.

Responsibilities:

Must love working with kids & families!

Provide exceptional client experience that ensures we are each family's go-to hair salon.

Listen and communicate clearly with families to deliver the highest level of service.

Assist stylists to ensure and maintain high level of cleanliness at the salon

Greet all guests and offer friendly, prompt and exceptional service

Answers the phone, checks voicemails, and schedules appointments

Coordinates the customer traffic throughout the shift to keep salon efficiency

Keep retail shelves stocked\

Manages the salon software

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere
