We are looking for a part time caregiver for our team of experience staff in the south Minneapolis/ Bloomington area. We provide 1:1 cares in clients homes, so some travel is involved! Job Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.

Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)

Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.

Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.

Qualifications:

Current CNA certification.

A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.

A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
