This person will help us deliver on the promise of Serious Fun with serious health, safety, and accountability in mind. This is not a summer position - this is a long-term position of employment. This position requires consistent Saturday AND Sunday work hours and is a requirement of the position.

What we expect from you…

Independently manage parties as well as team members.

Provide an outstanding customer service experience with consistent professionalism. We treat our customer & Members as VIP's!

Maintain our high standards for cleanliness without reminders - keeping our gym and lobby area cleaned and disinfected is a critical responsibility that requires attention to detail and personal accountability.

Demonstrate strong communication skills with both children and parents, including the ability to clearly convey information and actively listen.

Working Saturday and Sunday shifts consistently is required and non-negotiable.
