Weitz & Luxenberg, a prominent plaintiff-side law firm is looking to fill a full time Paralegal for its New York City office. This candidate will manage a busy calendar, draft correspondence and pleadings, e-file, e-serve, and must be able adapt to various jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge within the malpractice space, experience ordering medical records, excellent communication skills, and must be willing to work overtime if necessary.
W&L is looking for someone who is highly organized, is a quick learner, can work independently, is able to set priorities, and is a team player.

Manage a busy calendar via Outlook
Draft correspondence and pleadings
E-file/E-serve
Communicate with an Attorney on a daily basis
