With a competitive pay range of $25-$30 per hour, this is an excellent opportunity for those looking to advance their welding career in a supportive environment.

The hours for this opportunity are 5am-1:30pm. Overtime is offered and pay will be based upon a welding and fitting test. We look forward to talking with you soon!

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and welding requirements.
• Utilize Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) techniques to fabricate and assemble metal structures.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve welding issues.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Welder, with a strong focus on Flux-Cored Arc Welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a welding environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

You should be proficient in:

• Troubleshooting Skills
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
• Blueprint Reading

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• MIG Welder
• Flux-Cored Arc Welder
