Join our dynamic team as a Welder/Fitter in Louisville, KY! We are looking for skilled individuals who are passionate about welding and fabrication. In this role, you will work in a collaborative environment, utilizing your expertise in MIG and Flux-Cored Arc welding to produce high-quality products. If you have strong troubleshooting skills and can read blueprints with ease, we want to hear from you!

Proven experience with fitting is required and pay will be based off of your welding test, fit test, and years of experience. We are hiring for multiple shifts, including a shift that is 4 10's Monday-Thursday. Shift preference will be determined based on when your application is processed. We are excited to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and Flux-Cored Arc welding on various materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues to ensure high-quality output.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Welder/Fitter.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in MIG and Flux-Cored Arc welding techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

Salary info:

$25 - $30 / hr
