    Position Overview: Aerial Precast Concrete is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will play a key role in ensuring the structural integrity of our precast concrete products by welding metal components used in formwork, reinforcement, and other related systems. You will work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment where precision and attention to detail are critical.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Perform welding and fabrication tasks on steel, rebar, and other metal components used in precast concrete products.

    Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to ensure accurate work.

    Use MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques to fabricate and repair metal parts, supports, and reinforcements.

    Perform quality checks to ensure welds meet required standards and specifications.

    Operate and maintain welding equipment, including grinders, drills, and other power tools.

    Work closely with the production team to ensure that all welding work is completed on time and within project specifications.

    Ensure that all safety protocols and guidelines are followed, including the proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment).

    Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with general workshop duties as needed.

    Assist with installation and positioning of metal components at job sites when necessary.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a welder, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.

    Certification in welding (e.g., AWS or equivalent) is preferred

    Proficiency with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.

    Strong knowledge of metal materials and welding equipment.

    Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

    Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols in a welding environment.

    Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).

    Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
